Day 01 Arrival Yangon (By Car)

Welcome to the Garden City Yangon.
If arriving by mid-day, you’ll be transfer to hotel. Lunch (to own account) at outside local restaurant to be followed by sightseeing of some major highlights in Yangon. If arriving on evening flights, you’ll be transfer will be provided direct to hotel. Dinner at outside local restaurant and overnight in Yangon. |

Day 02. Yangon – Kyaikhtiyo (By Car)

Breakfast at the hotel.
Drive to Kyaikhto, 110 km to
"Kim-Pun" base camp. Continue to
Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda, “The Golden
Rock", a huge boulder completely
covered by the gold leaf and
delicately balanced on the edge
of the cliff. From Kim-pun, a
steep and rough 11 km road leads
to the upper staging point, a
journey made in open trucks
which is very crowded. From
upper area, travelers must walk
the final stage, about 4 km up
steep paths which ascend some
500 m to Golden Rock. Visitors
can alternatively be carried in
sedan chair by the four porters,
at an extra cost. On arrival,
watch the beauty of Sunset and
dawn at this important
pilgrimage site. |

Day 03. Kyaikhtiyo (Golden Rock) - Bago –
Yangon (By Car)

After breakfast, return by coach
to Yangon. Before proceed on to
Yangon, sightseeing at Bago, the
ancient Mon Capital, 80 km
northeast of Yangon. Sightseeing
tour includes Shwemawdaw Pagoda,
one of the most venerated
pagodas in Myanmar; Shwethayaung,
the world’s most beautiful
Reclining Buddha, wood curving
industry and Kyaikpun Pagoda.
Lunch and dinner at outside
local restaurant and visit en
route World War II Allied War
Grave Cemetery near Taukkyant.
Dinner at local restaurant and
overnight in Yangon. |

Day 04. Departure Yangon (By car)

Before leaving
Myanmar, you will be taken for
unforgettable morning
sightseeing tour of Yangon. Tour
includes visit to Shwedagon
Pagoda, the world famous
glittering gold stupa towering
over the city with a great spire
to the height of 326 feet;
Chaukhtatkyi - a colossal
reclining Buddha.
The last visit to Nagar Glass
factory where you can experience
old methods of making glass
figuring by experienced workers.
Lunch at local restaurant. After
lunch, you will be transfer to
Yangon International Airport for
departure. |
